TCI Button Cutter and Saddle

Lately, we received order of TCI Button Cutters and Saddles from our customer in Uruguay.  

The customer wanted to buy RCD Drill Bit Assembly (Cutting Dia. 1600mm) from us.  

However considering the high freight cost caused by long delivery distance, we recommended supplying TCI Button Cutters and Saddles only and manufacturing the Drill Bit body in customer’s place.  

In order to support customer’s manufacturing of the Drill Bit body, we provide Saddle Layout drawing which is major technical point in Drill Bit performance.  

Our major concern is customer’s success in the project.

RCD Drill Bit & Stabilizer

We had invitation from our customer in India to attend the bidding for supplying RCD Drill Bit, Stabilizers and Spare Set of TCI Button Cutters.  

The customer has been happy with our good quality and performance for their piling works in the past.  We could have great opportunity again to supply the above mentioned products. 

Drill Bit, its cutting diameter is 2500mm and 19 units of TCI Button Cutters were installed.

We have completed production and we are glad to make shipment soon.

TCI Button Cutters (SER. 13) Order from Brazil

TCI Button Cutters are used for drilling hard rock such as granite and basalt in RCD (Pile Top Drilling) operation.  Most of underground formation in Korea is compomosed of Granite.  Because of the demand in our country, we developed this TCI Button Cutters very earlier for the soultion of drilling in piling work.  

Our customer from Brazil ordered 26EA of SER. 13 TCI Button Cutters and those are waiting for the shipment.
